Ingredients For Spiral Bun
Ingredients
- 3 cups or 250gms White flour or All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter/Margarine
- Warm Water as Required
Preparation:
- The dry ingredients should be thoroughly mixed, oil and butter added, and kneaded well in warm water. After kneading, cover it with cling film until risen or double in size.
- After keeping the dough for at least 3 hours, make 10 balls and rolling each ball by rolling pin and cut in the strip.
3 . Collect all strips in length and roll with hand.
4. to make a spiral ball, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, and glaze with beaten egg. After it has fully risen, bake it at 200°C until the top is browned.
Ingredients For Beef Patty

- 1 kg Beef Mince (double minced )
- 1 Onion
- 3 Green Chillies
- Salt (as required)
- 1/2 Ginger
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (pounded)
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- few Celery leaves
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Preparation
- Blend onion, green chilies, egg, oil, yogurt, ginger, and garlic until smooth. Then, add the onion mixture to the mince and mix very well until all the ingredients are combined.
- After keeping the mixture for at least 1/2 hours, make 10 balls, flatten them with hands like patty shape.
- You can pan-fry the burgers on high heat using a burger skillet, pressing each one until browned, then put them on a greased tray when all fairly done or grill till done. Keep in mind patties should be a bit bigger than buns.
Assembling for a spiral beef patty burger bun
When the spiral bun is fully baked in the oven, cut it in half and put a lettuce leaf on it then place the beef patty, after placing pour ketchup on it then cover 2nd half of the spiral bun. Garnish with fries or according to your taste.
