How to Make Shroom Tea?

Here is a recipe for shroom tea:


  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 decaffeinated tea bags
  • 2-3 grams (1-2 tsp) of dried mushroom powder
  • Honey or sugar (optional)
  • Lemon juice or ginger (optional)


  1. Grind the mushrooms: Take the dried mushrooms and grind them into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle.
  2. Brew the tea: Boil 2 cups of water and add 2 decaffeinated tea bags of your choice to an empty cup. Pour the hot water over the tea bags and add 2-3 grams (1-2 tsp) of the mushroom powder to the cup. Let it steep for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea: After steeping, strain the tea using a coffee filter.
  4. Add sweeteners (optional): If desired, add honey or sugar to the tea to improve its taste.
