Instruction For Fish Biryani

Fish is a very favorite food of people all over the world, the flesh of fish is white in color, which cook very quickly and is ready to eat. Once the fish biryani is cooked, the fish meat becomes very soft. Don’t stir the rice too much with spoon. As a result of repeated stirring in the pot, the cooked fish can break, and because the fish has sharp thorns inside, these thorns can stick in our gums or in the throat while eating the rice. That’s why you shouldn’t stir the spoon much when making fish biryani.

Fish Biryani Recipe

Fish Pieces =   1 kg

Plums  =  ½ cup

Corn flour ½ cup

Mint leaves  =  1 bunch

Onion   = 2

Egg  =  2

Clarified butter   =  1 cup

Biryani Essence   =  Few Drop

Yellow food color =  According to your required

Salt to taste

Potato  =  According to your taste

Ginger garlic paste   =  1 tbsp

Rice   =  ½ kg

Garlic   =  6-8 cloves

Turmeric powder   =   ½ tsp

Crushed Cumin Seeds   =  1 tsp

Crushed coriander seeds   =  1 tbsp

All Spice Powder   =  1 tbsp

Red Chili Powder   =  2 tbsp

Tomatoes   =  4-5

Cloves   =  6-8

Green cardamoms   =  6-8

Yellow Food Color  =  1 pinch  ( Mix in 1 tbsp of water )

Preparation of fish biryani recipe

First step is to make sure rice is clean then wash it and sock in water for 15 minute.

Add water in a pan & place on a burner then add 1 tsp butter along with six to eight cloves and 1 tsp of cumin seeds. When water began to boil. Add socked rice, cook rice until half done.

Strain the rice and set it aside for later.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 kg of fish and 1 tsp turmeric powder, add salt according to your taste. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 egg whites, 1 cup corn flour and yellow food coloring to marinate the fish pieces
Put the fish in a fry pan and deep fry it on both sides, then drain it on a piece of tissue paper until it absorbs all the oil.

Pour clarified butter into a cooking pan and heat it 1-2 minutes, then add 4 to 6  cloves of garlic.

Add two onions and fry until they turn brown. Add 4-5 tomatoes, 2 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of all spice powder, and 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds. Put plums & cooked the plums until the gravy is thick. You can add chicken cubes for stock flavor in rice.
Add Potato and cover it until potato fully cooked or soft. Put fried fish pieces & add boiled rice.  Cover it tightly until all cooking pan full with hot steam.  Uncover lid, mix well then place it in a serving platter and serve.
