Easy Homemade Recipe For Potato Corn Chowder

Ingredients of easy homemade recipe for potato corn chowder

Onion   =   1 ( chopped )

Olive Oil    =  1 tbsp

Chicken Stock   =   2 glass

Potato   = 3 large (peeled & cubes)

Corn Kernal    =   1 can (drained)

Milk   =   1 cup

Salt   =  1/2 tsp

pepper   =  1/2 tsp

All Purpose Flour    =   1/3 cup

Fresh Parsley   =  chopped

Red Bell Pepper   =  1/2  (cut in cubed)

Preparation

  • The onion should be cooked in oil over medium heat until tender. Then add the chicken stock and potatoes and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Add the corn, 1/2 cup milk, salt, and pepper & red bell pepper cubes in the mixture. Stir flour and remaining milk together in a small bowl. Add in soup, and bring to a boil. During the cooking process, stir continuously until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Depending on your preference, sprinkle with parsley.
