Beef seekh dhamal wraps

Ingredients

Cooked Thin Pita Wraps  =  According to your need

Beef Boneless with 20% fat  =   1/2 kg ( cut in cubes)

Garlic Cloves   =  14

Ginger   = 2-inch piece

Onion   =   1 Medium Cube

Green Chilies  =  2 or 3

Mint Leaves   =  2 tbsp

Fresh Coriander  =  2 tbsp

Baking Soda  =  1/2  tsp

Garm Masala Powder   =  1 tsp

Coriander Seeds  =  1 & 1/2 tbs  (  Roasted & Crushed )

Red Crushed Chili  =  1 tbs

Cumin Seeds  =  1 & 1/2 tbs  ( Roasted & Crushed )

Salt  = 1 & 1/2 tsp  or to Taste

Red Chili Powder  =  1 tsp or to Taste

Ingredients For assembling

Lettuce Leaves  =  As Required

Onion Slices  =  1 plate

Preparation For Beef Seek :

Place all ingredients into a chopper machine, and mix until well combined and smooth like a thick paste. Prepare a long-shape kabab, as kabab shrinks after cooking so make sure to keep the size a bit longer,  and fry in oil until the color turns into golden brown.

Assembling For Burger Beef Seekh Dhamaal Wraps :

Place cooked thin pita wraps on a clean surface and put beef seekh kabab, onion slices, and lettuce leaves on it. In the end, Roll pita wraps and enjoys.
