Purslane Beef Patty Burger

Ingredients For Patty

  • 1 kg Ground Beef  (double minced)
  • 1/2 kg purslane leaves ( boiled and soaked)
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1/2 Ginger
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (pounded)
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 6 Burger Buns ( cut in half)
 Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and make a flat big patty with your hand which should be a bit bigger than burger buns. Shallow fry in a pan until cooked well. 
Assembling

Take the bottom half of the bun, Put on it a cooked purslane patty, and place on it slice tomato and onion. Put another purslane burger patty. Cover with a second-half burger bun or you can assemble it according to your choice.
