Kofta Gravy Recipe or Mince Ball Gravy Recipe

When mince is improperly cooked, it results hard balls in curry. While for some folks, the mince balls get so soft that they crumble and break in the curry. This is due to the fact that when preparing mince balls, any type of water is included, whether it be raw onion water or mince water that hasn’t been properly dried. Dry the mince well while creating the meatballs. Make a ball out of it and keep it in the curry to cook; after it is done, eat it.
