Ingredients For Crispy Chicken Burger

For chicken marination :

  • Chicken thigh pieces   =  6
  • Red chili powder   =  2  tsp
  • Soy sauce   =   5 tbsp
  • Vinegar   =   5 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder   =   1 tsp
  • Salt   =   To taste

For Chicken Crust flour mixture:

  • Red chilli powder   =   1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder   =   1/2  tsp
  • Salt   =   1/2  tsp
  • Garlic powder   =   1/2  tsp
  • White Flour   =  1 cup
  • Cup cornflour   =  1/2  cup
  • Baking powder   =   1 tsp
  • For dipping:
  • Ice cold water  =  1 bowl

Preparation For Crusty Chicken

Using a knife, remove the bones from the chicken thigh. To make chicken thigh pieces more crispy, pound them with a kitchen hammer and cut them with a knife to give them a feathered look.  In a bowl, combine all pieces. Add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and salt. Then, leave aside to marinate for one and two hours. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix it up for a crusty chicken look. Once you have coated your thigh very well in powder, dip it in ice-cold water. Coat again in dry ingredients after dipping in cold water. Finally, dip the dry ingredients in cold water and coat them again. Follow the step-by-step process three times. Heat up the oil now and fry. 

Ingredients cheese dip/sauce

  • Cheddar Cheese (grated)   =  1 cup
  • Milk   =  1 cup
  • All-Purpose Flour   =  1 tbsp
  • Butter   =   2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder   =   Pinch
  • Salt and Pepper   =   According to your taste

Preparation For Dip Sauce

Preparation:
  • Combine butter and flour in a pan, and gradually add milk, mixing well with a whisker.  Mix well with cheese and spices, then remove from flame and add herbs.
  • You can add more milk if your milk and flour mixture is too thick after adding the cheese.
  • Adding 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chili sauce, and 1 tbsp mustard sauce will make your burger taste so much better

Ingredients For Topping

  • Tomato Ketchup   =  According to your taste
  • Cheddar Cheese   =  2 Slices
  • Green Chives   =  2  tbsp
  • Black & Green Olives   =  1/2  cup ( cut in slices)
  • Lettuce leaves   =  According to your taste
  • Burger buns   =  6 pieces ( cut in half &  The top part should be thinly sliced  )

How to assemble?

  • The top of the bun is shaped and sliced thin. Once the ketchup is spread with a spoon, add the grated cheese and a few black and green olive slices, and bake it until the cheese melts. It looks like a mini pizza.
  • On the bottom piece of the bun, place a lettuce leaf and fried chicken, pour sauce & cover with another sliced bun which you baked as mini pizza.
