Recipe Of No Onion Pakistani Traditional Aaloo Gosht Recipe With Stock Flavor

Ingredients

Beef    =   1/2 kg

Potatoes  =  4 big (peeled and cut into big chunks)

Turmeric Powder   =   1/2 tsp

Whole Spices   =  1 tsp

Red Chili Powder (optional)   =  You can add according to your taste

Coriander Powder  =  1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder  =  According to your taste

Ginger / Garlic  =  Ginger 2 to 3 slice & 6 to 7 garlic cloves

Oil  =  2 tbsp

Preparation

In a large pan, put beef, salt, and whole spices, along with 1 jug of water. Ensure that the water quantity decreases and that the flavor of the water tastes like a rich yakhni flavor or stock flavor as the meat becomes tender. Then strain all stock in a strainer & meat put in a separate plate.

In the next step, pour oil into a pan & add turmeric powder & coriander powder along with some water, since dry spices will burn and lose their taste in hot oil.

Stir for a few minutes. With tender beef meat, add potatoes and beef stock. It is important to cook the potatoes until they become soft. Make sure you add beef meat after potatoes soften if they are too soft, like cotton. Like shredded thread, tender beef becomes softer with potatoes.
