Mutton Seekh Burger in Pretzel Pocket Sandwich Buns
Ingredients For Seekh Kabab :
Mutton Boneless with 20% fat = 1/2 kg ( cut in cubes)
Green Chilies = 2 or 3
Mint Leaves = 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander = 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves = 14
Ginger = 2-inch piece
Onion = 1 Medium Cubes
Baking Soda = 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds = 1 & 1/2 tbsp ( Roasted & Crushed )
Salt = 1 & 1/2 tsp or to Taste
Red Chili Powder = 1 tsp or to Taste
Garm Masala Powder = 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds = 1 & 1/2 tbs ( Roasted & Crushed )
Red Crushed Chili = 1 tbs
Ingredients For White Sauce :
Oregano = 2 pinch
Mayonnaise = 1 Cup
Cheddar Cheese = 4 slice
Ingredients For assembling
Burger Buns = 5 Piece ( cut in half )
Tomatoes = 3
Lettuce Leaves = As Required
Tomato Ketchup = To taste
Pretzel Sandwich Buns = 4 piece
Preparation For Beef Seekh :
Place all ingredients into a chopper machine, and mix until well combined and smooth like a thick paste. Prepare a long shape kabab, as kabab shrinks after cooking so make sure to keep the size a bit longer, and fry in oil until the color turns into golden brown.
Assembling For Mutton Seekh Burger in Pretzel Pocket Sandwich Buns
Make a pocket with knife put red onion slices and tomato slices according to your taste. Place mutton seekh kabab in it. Squirt white sauce white onion slices according to your taste and serve it with lemon slices or as per your choice.
