Ingredients

Chicken Liver washed   =  10 pieces ( cut in small )

Red Chili Powder   =  1 tsp

Black Pepper Powder  =  1 tsp

Lemon Juice  =  2 tbsp

Salt   =  According to your taste

Ginger / Garlic paste  =   1 tsp

Yellow / Green / Red Bell Pepper   =  Cut in Julian

Pretzel Sandwich Buns   =  According to your need

Pickled Cucumber  =  According to your taste

Preparation for Rich Chicken Liver In Pretzel Pocket Sandwich Buns

Using all the spices except bell pepper, marinate the chicken liver in a bowl before placing it in a hot greased pan and cooking until the water is completely dried. Then, insert the livers into wooden skewers and heat them over a flame for a few seconds to flavor them with charcoal. Toasted bell pepper in a pan with salt and pepper. Make sure the color remains vibrant.

For Assembling

Take a pretzel bun and make a pocket with a knife. Fill it with chicken liver and pickled cucumber, on top put some toasted bell pepper. Squirt mayonnaise or as per your choice.
