Easy Chicken Biryani Recipe

A common marination in biryani is yogurt-spiced, which tenderizes the meat due to its acidity. Biryani’s flavor comes from layers of spices, and these can be whole or ground, individual or mixed (such as garam masala).

Ingredients

Rice  = 2 cups

Shan Biryani Masala  =  1 packet

Tomatoes   =  6 big (  half tomato cut in chop & half cut in a slice )

Onion  =  2 big ( cut in thin slices )

Garm Masala  =  1 tbsp

Oil  = 1/2 cup

Ginger Garlic Paste  =  2 tbsp

Chicken Meat  =  1 kg

Method Of Special Degi Biryani

  • Rice should first be cleaned and soaked in water… When the rice is soaked, boil it in water … Pour 2 cups of rice and 8 cups of water into a pot. Add salt and cook for half an hour. Keep stirring. Then drain rice water through a seive.
  • Put the onion in the pan, add oil and at the same time add whole spices and place pan on the stove.
  • When the onions turn brown, add the garlic ginger paste. At the same time put chicken meat in it. Add chopped tomatoes, shan biryani masala and let it simmer.
  • When chicken meat cooked well and the tomatoes are also soft, then add green coriander, mint and green chilies in it. Add sliced ​​tomatoes and put it on the stove for two minutes, turn off the stove.
  • Because biryani contains salt in the spices, you should not add it or you can add more if you feel less.
  • Now put the boiled rice over it, squirt orange color mix with two tablespoons of water over the rice.
