Chunks Burger For Burger Lover

Ingredients

Chicken or Beef or Mutton  =  1/2 kg ( Cut In Chunks )

Salt  =  1 tsp or according to your taste

Black Pepper  =  1 tsp

Lemon Juice  =  2 tbsp

Red Chili Powder   =  1/2 tsp

GingerGarlic Paste  =  1 tsp

Yogurt   = 1/2 cup

Cheese Slice  =   Slices ( According to your need )

Lettuce Leaves   =  According to your choice

Tomato  Slices  =  As per your choice

Tomato Ketchup   =  As per your choice

Round Burger Buns  =  As per your need (each cut in half )

Preparation

Put meaty chunks in a pot and add all the spices. Let the marinade sit for 2 hours. Cooking time is very short if you use chicken chunks because chicken meat cooks so quickly, but if you use mutton meat then it takes 20 minutes without a pressure cooker. Cooking time for beef is 45 minutes, or cooking duration is determined by the size of the meat. After pouring a few drops of oil into the pan, add all the marinated meat and cook until the meat is tender and soft. Once all the meat has become tender and soft, remove it from the pan and let it cool on a plate. All chunks are then placed one by one on steel or wooden skewers. During roasting, drop a few drops of oil around the meat so that golden color can be seen.

Assembling  For  Chunks Burger

Put lettuce leaves & tomato slices on the bottom part of the burger buns. On top of it, place roasted chunks. In the next step, you will add cheese slices according to your preference. If you like 1 slice, you can put 1 slice, if you like 2 slices, you can add 2 slices. Place chunks again. Put tomato ketchup on it, and cover with the top of the burger bun.
