Noodles Medosa Beef Patty Burger

Ingredients for making noodles bun 

Instant Noodles With Taste Maker    =   2 packet

Eggs    =   2 eggs

Black pepper Powder   =   1/2 teaspoon

Taste Maker     =   2

Preparation

  • Boil noodles with water, when half boil then strains all water with a strainer, let it cool. Take a bowl pour 2 eggs in it, also put boiled noodles in it. If you don’t want to use instant noodles taste make spices so simply mix salt and black pepper in it. Otherwise you only just mix tastemaker in it rather than salt and black pepper in it.
  • Take steel mold bun shape or take a pannikin bun shape pot. Greased with oil.  Pour spoon full mixture in it and heat with low flame or bake it until solid bun shape formed.

Ingredients for a beef patty

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Beef Mince (double minced )
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1/2 Ginger
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (pounded)
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • few Celery leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
 Preparation
  1. chop onion and green chilies. Put the mince in a bowl add ginger & garlic paste, salt, black pepper, 1/2 tsp gram masala add yogurt as well. Mix all until smooth.
  2. After keeping the mixture for at least 1/2 hours, make 10 balls,  flatten them with hands like patty shape.
  3. You can pan-fry the burgers on high heat using a burger skillet, pressing each one until browned, then put them on a greased tray when all fairly done or grill till done.

Cheese Slice   =  According to your choice

Tomato   =   According to your choice

Lettuce Leaf   =   As per Your choice

Assembling

You should start by placing bun-shaped cooked noodles on the plate, after which place a lettuce leaf, then add some beef patties and cheese slices on it, as well as a tomato slice, and then cover it with other bun-shaped tasty noodles.
