Beef Chapli Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
Beeg ground meat = 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tsp
Dry pomegranate seeds = 2 tbsp
Dry crushed coriander = 2 tbsp
Red Mirch Powder = 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
Cumin Seeds Roasted & Crushed
Salt = 1/2 tsp & to taste
Green Chilies = 1/2 tsp
Garm Masala Powder = 1/2 tsp
Dry Crushed Red Chilies = 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
Tomato = Deseeded & Cubes
Onion = 1 Medium Chopped
Eggs Boiled = 1/4 Cup Cut in Small Cubes
Corn Flour = 1/4 Cup
Ingredients for green sauce:
Yogurt = 1/2 Cup
Mayonnaise = 1/2 Cup
Green Coriander Leaves = 1/4 Cup
Mint leaves = 1/4 Cup
Green Chili = 2 to 3
Garlic cloves = 2
Salt = To Taste
Cumin Seeds Roasted And Crushed = 1 tsp
Preparation for beef chapli
Pour all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with hand, make 5 to 6 thin chapli kabab pressing with hand on palm, fry in oil until color turns golden brown. Shallow fry in the pan.
Preparation For Green Chutney Sauce:
Put all chutney ingredients in blending machine, mix well until a smooth creamy texture formed.
Assemble For Chapli Beef Burger:
Put a spoonful of tomato sauce on the bottom half of a burger bun. Put a beef chapli kabab on it, pour green chutney sauce on it, and cover with a second half-bun.
