Saute Onion   =  1 medium

Cheese Slice  =  According to your taste

Burger Buns   =  4

Cooking method for apple maple turkey burgers with maple dijon sauce

Place a grill pan over medium heat. Oil the pan lightly when you are ready to cook. To make the maple-dijon sauce, pour the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and 2 tbsp maple syrup into a bowl, stir well, and set aside. The patties are prepared by mixing together turkey, bacon bits, chunky applesauce, poultry seasoning, maple syrup, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Form 4 equal-sized patties from the turkey. On the grill pan, cook the patties for approximately 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Finally, take the bottom piece of the burger bun squirt some mayonnaise then put a patty & place saute the onion then assemble the burger again place the patty on it, put a cheese slice, and pour maple dijon sauce. Cover with the top bun and serve.
