Ingredients For Patty
- 1 kg Ground Beef (double minced)
- 1/2 kg purslane leaves ( boiled and soaked)
- 3 Green Chilies
- Salt (as required)
- 1/2 Ginger
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (pounded)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 6 Burger Buns ( cut in half)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and make a flat big patty with your hand which should be a bit bigger than burger buns. Shallow fry in a pan until cooked well.
Assembling
Take the bottom half of the bun, Put on it a cooked purslane patty, and place on it slice tomato and onion. Put another purslane burger patty. Cover with a second-half burger bun or you can assemble it according to your choice.
