Best Recipe For Stuffed Cheese Potato Fried Roti
Ingredients
Kneaded Wheat Dough = 1 bowl
Boiled Potato = 1/2 kg ( mashed )
Chedder + Mozrella Cheese = 1 cup
Salt = According to your taste
Black Pepper Powder = 1tsp
Preparation
First put peeled boiled mashed potato in a bowl then add salt, black pepper powder and cheese. Then mix until all ingredients combine well.
Make two small balls with wheat dough. Then roll with rolling pin. When two small round shape roti’s done. Then on the bottom part put spoonful potato mixture on it. Then cover with 2nd round shape small roti on it. Press edges with thumb for lock. Then roll with rolling pin again until roti increase as your desire. Then put with hand on hot tawa or griddle then drop some oiling both side, fry until golden spots appear. Then place on plate and enjoy with pickle.
