Beef Chatkhara Boti Recipe For Meat Lover
For this recipe you take lean beef and clean and wash the meat well. The meat should be well marinated with spices to make it tasty. Because after being marinated, the meat absorbs the flavor of the spices, due to this the fiber of the meat becomes delicious.
Ingredients for beef spicy boti or beef chatkhara boti
Beef = 1/2 kg
Onion = Sliced ( 1 small )
Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tbsp
Salt = 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Chili = 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Whole Coriander Powder = 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder = 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder = 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder = 1 tsp
Ajwain or Carom Seeds = 1 pinch
Lemon Juice = 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce = 1 tbsp
Corn Flour = 2 tbsp
Preparation
- First put meat, onion, salt, ginger garlic paste in sauce pan and marinate it for 2 hour. After marination place it on heating burner.
- Stir continuously until all meaty water dry.
- After meaty water dried pour 4 cup water and cover it until meat become soft and juicy.
- After the meat is thawed, make sure that not all the water in the meat dries out, but some water should be present in the bottom of the pan.
- In a Sauce pan Put crushed red chili, chat masala, whole coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain or carom seeds, lemon juice, chili sauce, corn flour. Mx well with spoon with meaty water which present in the bottom of the pan.
- All meat chunks deep fry in hot oil until it’s color turn golden brown.
