- Put wagyu ground meat in a bowl, and mix crushed black pepper into wagyu ground meat.
- Make a round ball with a hand
- Turn heat to medium-high.
- A few wagyu ground meatballs should be placed in the pan at a time. Press it with a flat surface until round thin patty shaped, sprinkle salt on top.
- Flipping or moving burgers is not recommended until the bottom turn golden brown.
- Depending on the size and thickness of your burger, you need to cook it at the correct temperature on the first side.
- Lie each wagyu burger to the side and cook to the temperature you desire (timing will depend on its size).
- Remove wagyu burgers from the skillet or grill and serve with toppings of choice.
Assembling of Wagyu Mince Patty Beef Burger Recipe
Grasp the bottom part of the burger bun. Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on it. Next, add wagyu burger patties. Put a cheese slice on top, then onion slices, and then the second wagyu burger patty. Then, squirt chipotle sauce over the cheese slice and cover with the other half of the burger bun.
