Ingredients For Veg Patty Burger & Ghost Pepper Nuggets With Caramelized Onion

Potatoes Boiled   =   4 ( mashed )

Carrot    =  2 cut into small cubes

Green Bell Pepper  =   Cut into small cubes

Salt  = According to your taste

Green chili  =  2 chopped

Egg  =  2 Beaten

Bread Crumbs   =  1 plate

Ingredients for ghost pepper nuggets

Chicken Boneless Cubes   =  1/2 kg

Salt   =  According to your taste

White Pepper Powder   =  1 tsp

Ghost Pepper   =  2 tsp

Ingredients For Assembling

Onion   =  2 Caramelized

Cheese Sliced   =  According to your taste

Lettuce Leaves  = 4

Burger Buns  =  4 Pieces

Preparation for a veg patty

Take a bowl and put boiled mashed potatoes in it, mix with carrot, bell pepper, green chilies salt & black pepper powder. When all combine well make a flat round patty with your hand. Roll in bread crumbs and dip in beaten egg. Then fry in oil until the color turns golden. Takeout in the palate.

Put chicken cubes in chopper machine also put all ghost nugget spices. Switch on until all minced and ingredients form in a thick paste. Make a small patty. Roll in bread crumbs and dip in a beaten egg. Deep fry in oil until color turns golden.

Assembling

Take a bottom piece of the burger bun, then put a cheese slice and place a lettuce leaf. Put a veg patty and ghost chicken nugget on it. Place cheese slice and caramelized onion & cover 2nd half of the burger bun.
