Apples = 3 ( hard )
Walnuts = 6 to 8
Dry Blackcurrants = 2 tbsp
Cashew = 4 to 6
Dry Apricot = 2 ( cut in small pieces )
Lechee = 3 to 6 ( cut in small pieces )
Preparation of tasty apples with assorted filling in baking pan
Remove all apple’s pulp with a spoon. When digging apples, make sure there are no holes in the outer skin of the apples, and shape the apples like a pot with a lid. Combine all ingredients and fill apples with fruits, cover with 2nd upper half apples, looking like a lid. Once apples are in the baking pan, place them in the oven. Bake apples for 10 minutes or until their skin becomes soft and golden.
