Homemade Veggie Burger

Ingredients for homemade veggie burger

Potato   =   6  ( boiled and mashed )

Carrot   =   2 medium  ( cut in small cubes )

Green Bell Pepper   =   2 ( cut in small cubes )

Green chilies  =  4  ( chopped )

Spring onion  =  1 cup ( cut in small pieces )

Salt  =  To taste

Black Pepper Powder   =   1 tsp

Lettuce Leaves  =  As per your taste

Bread Crumbs   =  1 cup ( for frying )

Egg   =  1

Tomato   =  2 ( sliced )

Onion   =   2  (  slices  )

Preparation for vegetables patty burger

Put a boiled mashed potato in bowl, mix carrot, green chilies, green bell pepper and spring onion in it, also put black pepper powder and salt in it. Combine all with hand or spoon. Make a round patty shape with hand or mold. For coating: beat egg in separate small pot. First patty dip in beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs and then deep fry in oil. Place a cheese slice on it. Put in hot oven for few minute until cheese melted. Then place in a plate.

For Assembling homemade veggie burger

You begin by placing a piece of lettuce on top of the bottom bun, put tomato and onion slices. Place a melted cheese veggie patty on top. Put the other bun on top and enjoy veggie burger.
