Fried Egg Beef Burger
Beef Minced = 1/2 kg
Eggs = Two
Beef Patties = Two
Lettuce Leaves = 4 leaves ( cut in thin pieces)
Burger Buns = 2 ( cut in half )
Preparations fried egg beef burger
The first step is to fry an egg in hot flat pan with a few drops of oil until the egg turns traditionally breakfast fried egg with the half-cooked yolk. Put the mince in a bowl then make round balls with your hands after mixing salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Use a flat surface to press the meat on a hot pan. Continue cooking until golden brown shadows appear on both sides. For burger assembling. Put a beef burger patty on the bottom half of the burger bun. Then for burger assembling take the bottom half of the burger bun and place a cooked patty on it. Put fried egg and place some lettuce thin pieces then cover with the second half of the burger bun.
