Vegetables Fried Rice
Vegetable fried rice is a favorite food of many people. This food contains very little amount of chili spices but the taste is very delicious. Various vegetables are added to this food. Be aware overcooking the vegetables, because their color to deteriorate and the vegetables become soft, due to which the color of the rice does not look beautiful.
Ingredients of Egg Fried Rice Or Vegetables Fried Rice
Boiled Rice = 3 cups
Boneless Chicken Cut In Cubes = 1/2 kg
Egg = 2
Soya Sauce = 2 tsp
Vinegar = 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
Onion = 1/2 small onion
Garlic = 4 clove
Spring onion chopped = 1/3 cup
Chopped vegetables Mixed = 3/4 cup
( Carrots and Capsicum)
Method
Make bite-sized pieces of chicken.
Marinate the chicken for ten minutes with half of the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and cornstarch. In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil and cook the chicken until it turns white and is cooked through.
Start by stirring the onion, add the carrots, fry for a few seconds, and then toss the capsicum for a few seconds and keep aside.
Add a little oil to a hot pan and add the garlic and eggs and stir them for a few seconds.
Add the chicken vegetables, remaining soya sauce, and pepper powder to the eggs and scramble.
Add rice and spring onions and mix well. Continue frying rice for a minute longer. Your chicken fried rice is ready.
