Beef Burger Seekh Masala

Ingredients For Seekh Kabab :

Beef Boneless with 20% fat  =   1/2 kg ( cut in cubes)

Garlic Cloves   =  14

Ginger   = 2-inch piece

Onion   =   1 Medium Cubes

Green Chilies  =  2 or 3

Mint Leaves   =  2 tbsp

Fresh Coriander  =  2 tbsp

Baking Soda  =  1/2  tsp

Garm Masala Powder   =  1 tsp

Coriander Seeds  =  1 & 1/2 tbs  (  Roasted & Crushed )

Red Crushed Chili  =  1 tbs

Cumin Seeds  =  1 & 1/2 tbs  ( Roasted & Crushed )

Salt  = 1 & 1/2 tsp  or to Taste

Red Chili Powder  =  1 tsp or to Taste

Ingredients For Assembling:

Capsicum   =  1 ( cut in thin slices )

Onion   =   2 pieces ( cut in thin slices )

Tomato   =   2 pieces ( cut in thin slices )

Mayonnaise   =   To Taste

Hot Sauce   =   To Taste

Long Burger Bun   =   6 pieces ( cut in half )

Preparation Of Beef Burger Seekh Masala

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until paste forms. Make sure that you make a long shape kabab, as kababs shrink after cooking, so keep the size a bit longer, and fry in oil until the color turns golden brown. In a bowl mix tomato, onion, and capsicum together. Then on a long burger bun first spread mayonnaise on it with a spoon. Also, spread onion tomato, and capsicum on it. Then put fry beef seekh kabab on it. Drop hot sauce also according to your taste.
