Ingredients for Aloha Chicken Chunks Burger
Boneless Chicken = 2 piece chicken breast
Soy Sauce = 1/4 cup
Long Burger Buns = 2
Softened Butter = 1 tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce = 1/4
Swiss Cheese = 2 slice
Mayonnaise = 2 tbsp
Pineapple = 2 slices
Tomato = 2 slices
Iceberg Lettuce = 2 leaves
Preparation
The chicken breast should be placed in a bowl with the soy sauce over it, and let it marinate in the freezer for 30 minutes. After marinating, drain excess liquid from the chicken. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the chicken. Fold in foil & put on an oven-proof plate & bake until fully cooked. Place a piece of swiss cheese in a foil and heat the chicken breasts. Now lightly brown the long burger buns on a hot pan. On both sides, spread mayonnaise. Put chicken breast, pineapple, and tomato in the burger. You can cut chicken breast into small pieces or put a whole chicken breast in a bun. Cover it with the top half of the bun. Squeeze mayonnaise or as per your choice.
