Preparation for chicken jalapeno burger with chipotle sauce
To start, take a bowl and add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix very well, and then make a round patty with your hands and put it on a plate. The entire patty should be shallow fried in oil. Once the patties are cooked, cover each one with a cheese slice in a hot pan for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Slice all the jalapenos thinly and then fry them in salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a few drops of oil until flavorful.
Assembling
Cut all burger buns in half and toast in a pan with a few drops of oil until the color changes. Take one bottom piece of the burger bun and put the melted cheesy chicken patty. Then place a fried jalapeno on it. Squirt Chipotle sauce then cover it with the upper part of the burger bun. Serve with potato fries or tomato or according to your taste.
