Spicy Mashed Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients of spicy mashed cauliflower stuffed paratha

Kneaded Wheat Flour Dough  =  Dough for 1 paratha

Cauliflower   =  1 plate (washed and chopped, only the white part)

Cumin Seeds   =  1 tsp

Turmeric Powder   =   1 pinch

Red Chili Powder   =  1 tsp

Whole Green Pepper & Fresh Green Coriander Leaves   =  2 tbsp

Ready-made Chat Masala   =   1/2 tsp

Onion   =  1 tbsp (chopped)


The first step is to boil cauliflower with salt and turmeric powder. Cook cauliflower until it is soft and tender. Using a strainer, strain it and set it aside to cool. Mix all spices in it and mash with your hands or fork until they enhance the yummy of the dish. Make two small dough balls and flatten them with a rolling pin, and increase and shape them into small round rotis. Spread a tablespoon of spicy mashed cauliflower on the bottom of a small roti. Second, cover the top portion of the round roti. Press the edges with your thumb and roll again with a rolling pin. When a big roti rolls, put it on heated Tawa or griddle. Then color it by dropping oil on both sides. Enjoy with yogurt raita or pickle.
