Beef Chappli Kabab?


Beef Mince   =   1/2  kg

Ginger / Garlic Paste   =   1 tsp

Pomegranate   Seeds Dry  =  1 tsp

Black Pepper crushed    =  1 tsp

Whole Red Pepper crushed    =   1 tsp

Onion  Chopped & Soaked    =   2 tsp

Whole Coriander  Seeds   =  1 tbsp

Cumin Seeds   =  1 tsp

Tomato  Chopped  Soaked  =  3 Tbsp

Whole Tomatoes   =   2   sliced

Egg     =  1

oil   =  For frying

Preparation To Make Beef Chappli Kabab

Place the beef mince in a bowl, then add the other ingredients. Combine well. Once you have mixed the ingredients, make a flat patty and top it with a tomato slice. In a small amount of oil, shallow fry the chappli kababs. After turning a reddish brown color, remove from the oil.
